Manzana de la Rivera, June 23 to July 19, 2009
Exhibition of Paintings and Photographs by artists from Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay was held at Manzana de la Rivera during June 23rd and July 19, 2009. About 50 painters and photographers participated in this exhibition, displaying their art work. Among which, ‘Maia’ from Vicky Benitez was one of them.
It is noteworthy that ‘Maia’ was selected by directors of the Perez Belfer gallery among two artists from all who participated, to exhibit in the upcoming Summer 2010 season in Punta del Este, Uruguay. ‘Maia’ was also selected to be presented in May next year at the Centro Cultural de Surco, located in Lima, Peru.
